On 5 February 2025, a driver inadvertently drove into a storefront medical office at 750 Old Country Road, Plainview New York.

While there was substantial damage to the structure of the building and the medical office. the driver did not sustain any injuries.

Fortunately the medical office was not open at the time, resulting in no injuries to staff or patients.

The building was secured by PFD units responding under the direction of Chief Cohen.

After assessment by the Town of Oyster Bay Building inspector, the premise was cordoned off until necessary repairs are made.
